This unit-type flexographic printing machine is equipped with 28 independent servo motors and an advanced control system, supporting stable and accurate operation across all printing units.
The flexo press is suitable for a wide range of roll materials, including labels, BOPP film, and aluminum foil; the press offers strong production versatility. With its modular structure, quick-change ink system, and energy-saving LED UV dryers, the flexo printer is designed for short-run, variable, and high-demand printing applications in modern packaging production.

- The press uses an Inovance servo control system. Each printing unit is driven by independent servo motors, with 28 servo motors in total for the 8-color model. Each printing unit is equipped with 3 servo motors to support accurate registration during high-speed operation.
- The flexo press is designed for high-precision printing, accurate color registration, stable print quality, and efficient production capacity.
- Printing pressure and ink transfer pressure can be adjusted quickly and easily. The printing cylinder runs on bearers, so pressure adjustment is usually not required when changing the roller, except for fine adjustment on special jobs.
- Each printing cylinder is equipped with a chill roller, making the press suitable for film materials.
- The web path from unwinding to rewinding is 8.6 meters. A shorter web path helps reduce material waste during setup and production.
